Yesterday was an important First Ministers Questions. The weekly event that sees leaders of the opposition parties ask questions of the First Minister and of course try to score some political points into the bargain.
This was the day after John Swinney gave his budget speech and was an opportunity for each of the leaders to show they can rise to the occasion….. or not.
The session is often reported by the Scottish main stream media in a fashion that reflects their own particular leanings and or agendas. So, in a move away from that style we at Newsnet Scotland will invite readers and viewers to make up their own mind on the relative merits of each of the participants.
We have provided a video of Iain Gray’s exchanges with the First Minister and an audio of the remainder of the session.
