As Scotland’s young people return to school the latest survey of opinion shows Scots are overwhelmingly satisfied with their children’s education.
The figures in the Scottish Household Survey show a 91% satisfaction rate and come after pupils achieved record exam results this year.
The survey also indicated a 90% satisfaction rate amongst those from Scotland’s 15% most deprived areas.
