The SNP Claim of Right debate brought SNP MPs out in force at Westminster. But then they are there in force every day Westminster sits, rain or shine, unlike the MPs of the unionist parties.
There were many very worthy contributions to the debate from the SNP benches. Tommy Sheppard’s contribution shone in a parliament that pissed on Scotland’s Claim of Right when it forced through the EU Withdrawal Bill without the consent of the Scottish people and Scotland’s elected parliament.
